When we receive Grace it causes our hearts to be strengthened, so in order for you to receive Grace there needs to be a trust. You won't receive something you don't trust.
Can you trust Grace??
What is grace? Is it a person or a thing?
And the Word (Christ) became flesh, and lived among us; and we [actually] saw His glory, glory as belongs to the [One and] only begotten Son of the Father, [the Son who is truly unique, the only One of His kind, who is] full of grace and truth (absolutely free of deception).
John 1:14 AMP
According to John 1:5 the nature and character of Jesus Christ is FULL of GRACE and TRUTH, therefore we can say that Jesus is Grace and Grace is a person, which is very important, and you’ll see now why. Looking at trust, trust is birthed and cultivated out of relationship. In order for you to trust Grace(who is Jesus) you need have a relationship with grace(Jesus), and spend time with Grace(Jesus), which will lead to you experiencing grace - Jesus(God's love, kindness, favour, value towards you, and it's His acceptance of you, His pleasure in you and His ability in you) and as you experience this grace at a heart level it will cause you to trust Him.
When you spend time with Jesus (who is Grace) you'll also discover that He is always consistent, look at the verse below:
Jesus Christ is [eternally changeless, always] the same yesterday and today and forever.
Hebrews 13:8 AMP
Knowing that Jesus is always the same and never changes brings a trust, a confidence and a rest to our heart's about Jesus, His grace and our relationship with Him. It also shows us that that our experience of Him will always be the same which is grace because He is always the same, for eternity. So we can safely say, that if you not experiencing grace(God's love, kindness, favour, value towards you, and His acceptance of you, His pleasure in you and His ability in you), you are not experiencing Grace which is Jesus. Therefore your heart (thoughts, will and emotions) can be strengthened, firm, stable and immovable because you know that Jesus who is grace personified is always the same, yesterday, today and forever.
Meditate on this today
You can REJOICE because, Jesus will forever be the same!
JESUS (Grace) is the very image of God's love for you, kindness towards you, favour towards you, value towards you, and it's His acceptance of you, His pleasure in you and His ability in you.
