YOU ARE ACCEPTED

to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which HE MADE US ACCEPTED in the Beloved. (Emphasis mine)

Ephesians 1:6 NKJV

Do you feel rejected or not good enough for anything or anyone?

If that's you today, I want to share with you the truth about your true and real value that will set you free and empower you to live a life LOVED and accepted.

When do you praise something or someone? You praise something or someone when they have accomplished something great. In Ephesians 1:6 it's says "to the praise of the glory of His grace," This shows us that when you discover what Grace (God's ability) has done and accomplished for you, it will result in you overflowing with praise and thankfulness and honor towards God.

Let's see what God's grace (His ability) has done and accomplished for you.

The next part of that verse shows us what His grace did and accomplished for you. It says "by which HE MADE US ACCEPTED in the Beloved." This shows that God's grace and ability MADE YOU ACCEPTED. You don't become something you already are. Therefore, you are not accepted and loved because of what you do, but because of God's grace that MADE YOU accepted and loved. So WHEN did God make you accepted and loved? Think about that. If you look at the context of this verse and the verses before this verse (we are looking at Ephesians 1:6) it shows that God chose you to be His child before the foundation of the world (before the world began). Therefore before this world was created, God chose you to be His child and by His Grace HE MADE YOU ACCEPTED AND PLACED YOU INTO HIS BELOVED SON, making you one with Him, where you are always in a place, a position and have an identity of being of loved and accepted by God. Therefore, before you could ever be rejected or feel like you are not good enough for anything or anyone, God made you accepted and loved through His grace.

God accepted and loved you before the world was made.

As you believe and receive this truth about you, praise and thankfulness towards God will overflow from your heart.

Read Ephesians 1:6 for yourself and write down what stood out for you and meditate on that today.

How does this truth about God impact my thoughts, decisions and actions?

Who can I share this truth with today to encourage them?
